The £1,695 first-night package includes exclusive use of the pub during the agreed private period, all seven bedrooms, dinner, breakfast and a packed lunch for the first 7 guests.
If your team is larger, guests 8–18 simply add £75 per person for dinner, breakfast and packed lunch. There is no additional venue or bedroom hire charge.
Consecutive additional nights are £1,185 for the pub, all seven bedrooms and meals for the first 7 guests. Guests 8–18 remain £75 per person, per night.
Direct booking only. Available Sunday–Wednesday nights. Monday–Wednesday private use begins from 4pm. Sunday private use begins after the normal Sunday public service. Bar drinks are charged separately.

Ladybower gives you the option to make the off-site genuinely feel like an off-site. Build part of the day around the landscape rather than spending every hour around a table.
You can plan your own team-building or outdoor activity around the local area, then use the Inn as the base before and afterwards. Where an external guide, instructor or specialist provider is required, that would be arranged separately unless specifically included in your quote.

The £1,695 starting package assumes one guest in each bedroom. Larger teams share the existing rooms using the normal bed configuration.
For leadership teams who prefer single occupancy, the seven bedrooms naturally suit a 7-person retreat. For larger groups, room sharing takes the Inn up to its normal maximum of 18 overnight guests.

Can we use the pub as a meeting room?
Yes. On the Sunday-evening-to-Wednesday private-hire package, the pub can be used privately after breakfast for leadership meetings, planning sessions or team workshops during the agreed private-use period.
What is included in the £1,695 first night?
The package includes exclusive use of the pub during the agreed private period, all seven bedrooms, dinner, breakfast and packed lunch for 7 guests, complimentary parking and a Ladybower host during key service periods. Bar drinks are charged separately.
What if our team is larger than 7?
The Inn can sleep up to 18 guests at standard occupancy. Guests 8–18 are £75 per person per night, which covers dinner, breakfast and packed lunch. The pub and all seven bedrooms are already included in the base price.
Can everyone have their own bedroom?
There are seven bedrooms, so a 7-person team can have one bedroom each. Larger groups use shared occupancy across the Double, Superior Double, Twin and two Family Rooms.
Can we arrange team-building activities?
You can build walking, outdoor or team activities into the retreat using the surrounding Peak District. If an external instructor, guide or activity provider is required, this would normally be arranged separately unless it is specifically included in your individual proposal.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available at The Ladybower Inn. If your retreat depends on particular technical, presentation or connectivity requirements, let us know before booking so we can confirm suitability.
